Abstract
The article provides an overview of literary studies devoted to the research of Donna Tartt’s works, in particular the novels The Secret History, The Little Friend, and The Goldfinch. The following priority areas of study are highlighted: the intermediality and allusiveness of the novel The Goldfinch in the works of O. Koziy, T. Kushnir, and Y. Shulzhenko; narrative strategies and the problem of ‘false narrative’ (A. Tweedy), the theme of control in The Secret History (M. Grip), and the existential-aesthetic paradigm of The Goldfinch (L. Radichova). Prospects for further research are outlined.
