Abstract
The article examines hubs, in particular raising questions about the definition of the concept of a ‘hub’ and its relationship to coworking, the significance of educational space and the importance of a safe environment in wartime, the participation of libraries in the creation of hubs, analyses examples of how hubs function in different universities, considers the experience of student initiatives in creating hubs, outlines recommendations for organising offline hubs for digital education (the ‘Dія.Освіта’ platform), and describes the activities of CLUST SPACE smart shelters.
